• Delivery Coverage: We ship across India and internationally, except in areas where courier services are limited. To confirm availability, please enter your pin code or zip code on the Checkout Page.

• Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. This offer is subject to change based on company policy.

Cash-On-Delivery (COD):

• • Available across select Indian locations.

  • An additional fee of ₹100 is applicable.

  • COD is not available for international orders.

Dispatch Timelines:

• • Orders are shipped from our Bengaluru warehouse within 24-48 hours.

  • In rare cases of delay, we will keep you informed promptly.

• Shipping Days: We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, via reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• Special Requests: While we try to accommodate specific delivery requests, fulfillment depends on our courier partners and cannot be guaranteed.

Domestic Delivery (India)

Customs & Additional Charges

• Import Duties & Taxes: Your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local government charges in your country.
• Customer Responsibility: These charges are not included in the shipping fee and are borne by the customer.
• Local Regulations: Please verify local cosmetic import laws before ordering.

Refused Shipments: If customs duties are not paid:

• The parcel may be retained or destroyed by customs.
• Timsdecor is not responsible for such actions.

Refunds on Returned Parcels:

• If the parcel returns to us, applicable shipping charges, customs duties, and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
